جواب:۔ اونی و سوتی جرابوں پر مسح کرنا درست نہیں ہے ہاں اگر سوتی موزے ایسے موٹے اور گاڑھے ہوں کہ بغیر جوتے کے تین میل ان موزوں کو پہن کر چل سکے اور پنڈلی پر قائم رہے تو ان سوتی موزوں پر مسح کرنا درست ہے۔
صاحب درمختار لکھتے ہیں
"ولو من غزل او شعر الثخنين بحيث يستمسك ويثبت علي الساق بنفسه ولا يري ما تحته ولا يشف” (٢٤٨/١)

Ans; Wiping over woolen and cotton socks is not valid..However, if the cotton socks(moze) are thick enough to walk 3 miles without tearing and stays upright on ankles then wiping over these cotton socks during ablution is valid..

جواب:۔ وضو کرتے وقت دنیا کی باتیں نہ کریں اور نہ وضو کرنے والے کو سلام کریں بلکہ وضو کی دعا پڑھیں۔

Ans; Do not speak regarding worldly matters during ablution and do not greet salam to the person performing ablution instead recite dua of ablution..

جواب:۔ وضو کے بعد اگر دانتوں یا مسوڑوں سے خون نکلتا ہو اور خون بہت زیادہ یعنی بہنے کی مقدار میں نکلتا ہو تو اس سے وضو ٹوٹ جائے گا، اگر ذرا سا نکلے تو کوئی حرج نہیں ۔
"اذا فصل وخرج دم كثير ولَم يتلطخ راس الجرح فانه ينقص (كبيري /١٢٩)

Ans; After performing ablution, If gums or teeth bleed and the blood flows to a greater extent then the ablution invalidates and if the flow of blood is less then it does not affect the ablution..

جواب:۔ سوتے وقت یا عام حالت میں بھی قبلہ کی طرف پاوں کرکے سونا مکروہ ہے۔

جواب:۔ آداب وضو میں سے یہ ہے کہ پاوں کو بائیں ہاتھ سے دھویا جائے دائنےہاتھ سے پاوں دھونا خلاف ادب ہے۔

Ans; Washing feets with left hand during ablution is among the etiquettes of ablution so washing feets with right hand during ablution is against the etiquette..

جواب:۔ اگر کسی کے دانت نہ ہوں تو مسواک کے نہ ہونے کی صورت میں صرف انگلیوں کو مسوڑوں پر رگڑ لینے سے مسواک کا ثواب حاصل ہوجائے گا۔

جواب:۔اگر سر پر ٹوپی عمامہ ہو تو وضو کرتے وقت ان کا سر سے ہٹانا ضروری ہے ٹوپی یا عمامہ پر مسح کرنا جائز نہیں۔

Ans; If there is a picture of non living things on a prayer rug or any other clothe, than performing salah in those clothes is permissible..

جواب:۔ مصافحہ ملاقات پر کرنا سنت ہے یعنی جیسے ہی ملاقات ہو اور سلام و جواب ہو اس کے علاوہ دوسرے اوقات میں مصافحہ کرنا جیسے ہر نماز میں سلام پھیرنے کے بعد مصافحہ کرنے کا رواج ہے یہ ثابت نہیں ہے۔

جواب:۔ قرآن مجید کے علاوہ رسائل اور اخبار وغیرہ میں جہاں آیت قرآنی لکھی ہوئی ہو صرف اس جگہ کو بے وضو ہاتھ لگانا منع ہے، البتہ اس کے علاوہ جگہوں پر ہاتھ لگانا، پڑھنا جائز ہے۔

جواب:۔ شادی میں یا کسی خوشی کے موقع پر سہرا باندھنا یہ کافروں کی رسم ہے اس لیے خلاف شرع ہے،
حدیث آیا ہے "مَن تشبّه بِقومٍ فهو منهم” ۔
جو جس کی مشابہت اختیار کرے گا اسی کے ساتھ اس کا شمار کیا جائے گا۔(بہشتی زیور ٢٥/٦)

Ans; Tying the veil on the groom’s head during wedding or any joyful occasion is the custom of non muslims So it is against the shariah..

جواب:۔ احناف کے یہاں اس کی تفصیل یوں ہے تین اوقات ایسے ہیں جس میں فرض نماز پڑھنا بھی مکروہ ہے۔ اور وہ تین اوقات یہ ہیں:
۱) زوال کے وقت
۲) سورج طلوع ہوتے وقت
۳) سورج غروب ہوتے وقت
اس کے علاوہ دو وقت ایسے ہیں جن میں نفل نماز پڑھنا بھی مکروہ ہے ایک فجر نماز کے بعد اور دوسرے عصر نماز کے بعد

"ثلاث ساعات كان رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم ينهانا ان نصلي فيهن او ان نقبر فيهن موتانا حين تطلع الشمس بازغة، وحين يقوم الظهيرة، وحين تضيف الشمس للغروب” (صحيح مسلم ٢٧٦)

جواب:۔نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہوتے وقت دو پاوں کے درمیان تقریباً چار انگلی کا فاصلہ رکھنا مستحب ہے اور دونوں پاوں کو بالکل اس طرح سیدھا رکھنا کہ انگلیاں قبلہ کی طرف سیدھی ہوں یہ سنت ہے۔

"ينبغي ان يكون بينهما مقدار اربع أصابع اليد لانه اقرب الي الخشوع” (درمختار٤١٤/١)

Ans; It is recommendable(mustahab) to keep distance of four fingers between the feet while praying and it is sunnah to arrange both the feet in a straight position directing towards the qiblah..

جواب:۔ اذان و اقامت سے پہلے بلند آواز سے یا آہستہ سے درود پڑھنا بدعت ہے ۔
ومن المكروهات الصلواة علي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم في ابتداء الإقامة لانه بدعة. (طحاوي :١٠٨)

جواب:۔ جوتا پہن کر کھانا پینا جائز ہے، لیکن آج کل جوتا پہن کر کھانا کھانا متکبر ین کا شیوہ و شعار بن گیا ہے، لھذا اس طرح کھانے پینے سے احتراز ضروری ہے۔

قال رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم اذا وضع الطعام فأخلوا نعالكم فانه اروح لاقدامكم. (مشكواة٣٦٨/٢)
