اگر کوئی بيمار شخص نذر مانے کہ ميں شفایاب ہونے کے بعد ایک بكرا مسجد كو دونگا، اب شفاياب ہونے پر اس شخص كو مسجد كيلئے بکرا ہی دينا ضروری ہے؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی بيمار شخص یہ نذر مانے کہ ميں شفاياب ہونے پر ايک بكرا مسجد كو دونگا اب وہ شخص شفایاب ہونے کے بعد اپنی نذر كو پورا کرتے ہوئے مسجد کے لیے بکرا دينا ضرورى ہے، نذر ماننے والے کو بکرے کی رقم مسجد میں دينا درست نہیں اسلئے کہ جب اس نے بکرے کی تعين کی تو اسكا پورا کرنا بھی ضرورى ہے، البتہ مسجد کے ذمہ دار اس بكرے کو فروخت كركے اس کی قيمت مسجد کے کاموں میں استعمال كرسکتے ہے۔
قال ابن شھاب الرملی من نذر أن يطيع الله فليطعه، ويلزمه ذلك فورا اذا كان لمعين. وطالب به والا فلا وخرج نحو ان شفي الله مريضى عمرت مسجد كذا او دار فيكون لغوا۔ نهاية المحتاج ٢٢١/٨. ان شفاالله. مريضى او رزقنى ولدا ونحو ذلك فلله علي اعتاق او صوم او صلاة فاذا حصل المعلق عليه لزمه الوفاء بما التزم (كفاية الاخيار ٦٤٨)

If a sick person makes a vow that upon his recovery he will give a goat as charity(sadqa) to the masjid then is it necessary for him to give the goat to the masjid upon his recovery?
Ans; If a sick person makes a vow that upon his recovery he will give a goat as charity(sadqa) to the masjid then upon his recovery to fulfill his vow it is necessary for him to give the goat as charity to the masjid.. Giving the amount of goat to the masjid is not valid because he had determined to give the goat so he must fulfill it.. However, the responsible people of the masjid shall sell the goat and spent the obtained money on the necessities of the masjid.

قضاء حاجت کو روک کر جماعت سے نماز میں شریک ہونا کیسا ہے؟
جواب:۔ اگر کسی کو پیشاب یا پاخانہ کی حاجت ہو تو پہلے قضاء حاجت کرے اس کے بعد جماعت مل جائے تو ٹھیک ورنہ تنہا نماز پڑھ لے قضاء حاجت کو روک کر نماز پڑھنا ضروری نہیں ہے۔ درمختار زکریا٢٩٣/٢ فتاوي دارالعلوم٦٦/٣

Ans; If a person has an urge to urinate or defecate then if he do it first and then join the congregation for prayer then it is correct otherwise he should perform the prayer solitarily.. It is not necessary to resist the urge to urinate or defecate to perform the prayer…

بعض جگہوں پر پینے کے پانی کے نل لگے رہتے ہیں ایسی جگہوں پر وضو کرنے کا کیا حکم ہے؟
جواب:۔ اگر کسی جگہ پینے کے پانی کے نل لگے ہوں اور عام عرف یہی ہو کہ اس پانی کو صرف پینے کے لئے ہی استعمال کیا جاتا ہے تو ایسی جگہوں پر وضو نہ کرے، اگر اس پینے کے پانی کے علاوہ دوسرا پانی دستیاب نہ ہو تو تیمم کیا جائے گا اس لئے کہ یہ نل پینے کے لئے خاص ہوتے ہیں۔

Ans; If there are taps of water in any places and the water from it is used particularly for drinking purpose then one must not perform ablution in these places.. And if there isn’t any availabilty of water except these taps of drinking water then one shall perform tayammum because these taps are specialized for drinking purpose…

اگر بیمار شخص خود سے تیمم نہ کر سکتا ہو تو کیا دوسرا شخص اسے تیمم کرا سکتا ہے؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی بیمار شخص خود سے تیمم نہ کر سکتا ہو تو کسی دوسرے شخص کا اسے تیمم کروانا درست ہوگا اس شرط کے ساتھ کہ بیمار ادمی تیمم کروانے والے شخص کو اجازت دے دے اور بیمار شخص مٹی کو منتقل کرتے وقت اور چہرے کا مسح کرتے وقت تیمم کی نیت کرے ورنہ تیمم کروانا درست نہیں ہوگا-

Ans; If a sick person is unable to perform tayammum by himself then another person can help him perform tayammum with a condition that the sick person should permit the other person to help him perform tayammum and the sick person should make the niyyah of tayammum while carrying the soil and spreading over the face otherwise the tayyamum will be invalid..

جواب:۔ جنابت یعنی جس پر غسل فرض ہو اس حالت میں اذان دینا مکروہ تحریمی ہے، اگر کوئی جنبی شخص اذان دے دے بعد میں معلوم ہوجائے تو بہتر ہے کہ اس اذان کا اعادہ کیا جائے (شامی٥٥-٥٦/٢). (فتاوي هندية٥٤/١)

اگر کوئی شخص ایسی تفسیر پڑھ رہا ہو جس میں آیت قرآنی نہیں ہے دوران مطالعہ وہ آیت سجدہ پر پہنچ جائے تو محض آیت سجدہ کا ترجمہ پڑھ لینے سے اس کے لئے سجدہ تلاوت مسنون ہوگا یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی شخص ایسی تفسیر پڑھ رہا ہو جس میں آیات نہ ہوں صرف ترجمہ ہو اور دوران مطالعہ وہ آیت سجدہ پر پہنچ جائے تو محض آیت سجدہ کا ترجمہ پڑھ لینے سے سجدہ تلاوت کرنا سنت نہیں اس لئے کہ سجدہ تلاوت آیت سجدہ کی تلاوت کی سے مسنون ہوتا ہے جو عربی زبان میں ہو اور محل تلاوت میں تلاوت کی گی ہو ۔
ولا سجود لقراءة……. ولا لقراءة في جنازة أو بغير العربية. (نهاية المحتاج.٢/٩٦) بأن ترجمة القرأن ليست قرآنا لأن القرأن هو هذا النظم المعجز ۔. (المجموع ٣/٣٣١)

Ans; If a person is reciting a tafseer where there are no quranic verses and there are only translations and while recitation he comes across the verse of prostration of recitation then reciting only the translation of the verse of prostration the prostration of recitation will not be sunnah because the prostration becomes sunnah only by reciting the verse of prostration of recitation which is of arabic language and which has been recited in the actual way of recitation…
