قربانی کی نیت سے جانور خریدنے کے بعد اس کا دودھ نکالنا جائز ہے یا نہیں، اگر کسی نے نکال لیا تو اس دودھ کا یا دودھ کی قیمت کا صدقہ کرنا واجب ہے یا نہیں؟

جواب:۔ اگر کوئی شخص قربانی کی نیت سے جانور خریدے تو اسکے لیے دودھ کا نکالنا اور پینا جائز ہے اور اس کا صدقہ کرنا واجب نہیں البتہ دودھ کا صدقہ کرنا بہتر اور پسندیدہ ہے۔

Is it permissible to remove the milk of the animal which is bought with the niyyah of sacrifice and if anybody does it then is it compulsory to give the sadqa of the milk or the price of that milk?

Ans; if a person buys an animal with the niyyah of sacrificing it, then it is permissible for him to remove and drink the milk of that cow only if the milk is more than the baby needs and upon removing the milk, giving sadqa of that milk or the price of that milk is not compulsory.. Indeed he can drink that milk.. However, giving the sadqa of milk is likeable and better..

مینڈھا اگر ایک سال سے کم ہو لیکن اسکے دانت نکل چکے ہو تو کیا یہ مینڈھا قربانی کے لیے کافی ہوگا؟

جواب:۔ قربانی میں کافی ہونے کے لیے مینڈھے کا ایک سال ہونا ضروری ہے. البتہ اگر ایک سال مکمل نہ ہںولیکن ایک سال مکمل ہونے سے پہلے دانت گر جائے تو قربانی کافی ہوگی لیکن اگر دانت صرف نکلے ہوں گرے نہ ہوں تب بھی قربانی کافی نہ ہوگی.

ولا یجزئ اقل من جذع الضان…والجذع ذو سنة تامة نعم ان اجذع قبلھا ای : اسقط سنة اجزا. (اسنی المطالب٤٥٤/٢)
اما شرط الضان فھو ان یکون قد طعن فی الثانیة، او اجدع ای سقطت اسنانه المامیة ولو لم یبلغ سنة. (الفقه المنھجی٢٣٤/١)

If the sheep is of less than one year but its teeth have comeout then is this sheep eligible for sacrifice (qurbani)?
Ans: For the eligibility of sacrifice the sheep must be one year old.. However, if the animal has not completed one year but the teeth has fallen before the completion of one year then the animal is eligible for sacrifice and if the teeth have just come out and not fallen then the animal is not suitable for sacrifice..

جس شخص کا قربانی کا ارادہ ہو اس کے لئے خون ٹیسٹ کرانا اور پچھنہ لگانے کا کیا حکم ہے؟

جواب:۔ حضرت ام سلمہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ جب ذی الحجہ کے ابتدائی دس دن شروع ہو جائے اور تم میں سے کوئی قربانی کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو تو اس شخص کو چاہیے کہ وہ اپنے بال اور چمڑی میں سے کچھ نہ لے (صحیح مسلم/۱۹۷۷) حدیث مبارکہ سے معلوم ہوا کہ جو شخص قربانی کا ارادہ رکھتا ہو تو اس کے لیے اپنے بال اور چمڑی کو کاٹنا مکروہ ہے البتہ اگر کسی کو تکلیف ہو تو اس کے لیے گنجائش ہے لہٰذا ایسے شخص کے لئے ضرورتا بال کاٹنا، پچھنہ لگانا اسی طرح خون ٹیسٹ کرانا مکروہ نہیں ہوگا۔

ومن أراد التضحية فدخل علیه عشر ذی الحجة كرہ له أخذ شیء من أجزاء بدنه و شعرہ حتى یضحی… و یکرہ مخالفة ذلك…..و المعنى فیه شمول المغفرة لجميع اجزاءه.. وظاھر أنه یستثنی من ذلك ما یزال بالختان والفصد و نحوهما وان محل کراھة ذلك إذا لم تدع الیه حاجة ۔ (اسنی المطالب٤٦٧/٢)

What is the ruling with regard to doing blood test and using of syringe for the one who has the intention of sacrificing an animal ?

Ans: It has been narrated by Hazrat Umm e Salma that the Prophet of Allah PBUH said, "when the 10 days of zil hajjah begins and if any of you have the intention of sacrificing an animal then they should not remove anything from their hair or skin. (Sahih Muslim 1988)
From the above narration we become aware that for the one who has the intention of sacrificing an animal, removing anything from the head or skin is makrooh. Verily, if anyone has any ailment then for them it is allowed. Therefore, for this person, blood test, using of syringe and cutting of hair is not makrooh.
