فقہ شافعی سوال نمبر/ 0685 میت کو کفن میں سلا ہوا کپڑا پہنا سکتے ہیں یا نہیں ؟
جواب :۔ میت کو سلے ہوئے کپڑے عمامہ یا کرتا قمیص وغیرہ زائد کپڑے پہنا کر کفن دینا درست ہے، البتہ احرام کی حالت میں انتقال ہوجائے تو سلے ہوئے کپڑوں کفن دینا درست نہیں ۔
وان كفن ذكر في خمسة زيدقميص ان لم يكن محرما وعمامة تحتهن اَي الفالف اقتداء بفعل ابن عمر رض اما المحرم فانه لا يلبس مخيطا. (مغني المحتاج :١٢/٢)
Fiqhe Shafi Question No/0685 Is it permissible to shroud ( give kafan) the corpse (dead body) with stitched clothes ?
Answer : It is permissible to dress the corpse (dead body) with stitched clothes, amama ( turban), kurta, kameez or extra clothes as kafan. However, if a person dies while in ehraam condition, it is not permissible to dress the dead body with the stitched clothes.
