کعبۃ اللہ کے سامنے نماز پڑھتے وقت نگاہ سجدہ کی جگہ ہوناچاہیے یا کعبۃ اللہ پر؟
جواب: حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے پوچھا کہ میں نماز میں نگاہ کہاں پر رکھوں ؟ تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اپنے سجدہ کی جگہ پر رکھو سنن بیہقی/٦٣٦٣
اس حدیث سے فقہاء نے استدلال کیا ہے کہ پوری نماز میں نگاہ سجدہ کی جگہ رکھنا مستحب ہے. چاہے مسجدِحرام میں کعبۃ اللہ کے سامنے ہی کیوں نہ ہو یا کعبہ کے اندر ہو ۔

Where should one keep his gaze while performing salah infront of the Kabah? Should he keep his gaze in place of prostration(sajdah) or at kabah?
Ans; Hazrat Anas R.A narrated that I asked the Messenger of Allah(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him);”Where should i look while performing salah? then the Messenger of Allah(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said ;” keep your gaze in place of prostration(sajdah).. Sunan Baihaqi:6363
The jurists(fuqaha) based their opinion from this hadeeth looking in the place of Prostration throughout the prayer is recommended whether one is praying before Kaabah or inside the kaabah..

جواب:- قرآن مجید کی لکھی ایات کو ناپاکی کی حالت میں چھونا درست نہیں ہے اس پر سبھوں کا اتفاق ہے، کیسٹ، سی ڈی، یا ہاٹ ڈیسک چونکہ ظاہر ہے کہ یہ تحریر نہیں ہے اس لیے حضرت اشرف علی تھانوی رحمة الله عليه نے ان چیزوں کو بے وضو چھونے کی اجازت دی ہے امداد الفتاوى 145/1

Ans; Touching the written verses of the holy Quraan in an impure state is not valid and this has been agreed by everybody.. However it is seen that the scripts of Quraan are not in written form in these things so Hazrat Ashraf Ali thanwi Rehmatullah alaihi has permitted to touch these things without ablution…

اگر جماعت کھڑی ہوتے وقت اگلی صفوں میں مردوں کے ساتھ کچھ ممیز اور سمجھدار بچے بھی کھڑے ہوں پھر بعد میں مرد حضرات چلے آئیں تو ان کے لئے بچوں کو اگلی صفوں سے پیچھے کرکے خود آگے کھڑے رہنا درست ہے یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔ اگر جماعت کھڑی ہوتے وقت اگلی صفوں میں مردوں کے ساتھ کچھ ممیز بچے بھی کھڑے ہوجائیں پھر دوسرے مرد حضرات بعد آجائیں تو ان کے لئے بچوں کو اگلی صفوں سے پیچھے نہیں کرناچاہیے اس لئے کہ ممیز بچوں کے جلدی آنے کی وجہ سے وہ پہلی صف کے زیادہ حقدار ہیں جیساکہ مرد پہلے آتے تو وہ پہلی صف کے حقدار ہوتے.
فلو سبق الصبیان بالحضور لم یؤخروا للرجال اللاحقین کما لو سبقوا الی الصف الاول فانھم احق به علی الصحیح…. لانھم من جنسھم. مغنی المحتاج ۱/٤٢٤

If some sensible and mumayyiz children(of the age of discretion) are standing in the front row during the time of the congregation prayer and if some men enters the masjid later then is it permissible for the men to pull the children to the back row and keep themselves in the front row?
Ans; If some sensible and mumayyiz children(of the age of discretion) are standing along with some men in the front row when the congregation is being held and if some other men enters the masjid later, then the men shouldnot pull those children to the back row because of the early arrival of those children they are more deserving than the men who arrived later just like the men who arrived first deserves to be in the first row ..

جواب:۔ انسان اپنے اعضاء کا مالک نہیں ہے اس لیے کسی بھی انسان کو اپنے اعضاء میں سے کوئی عضو قیمتا یا ہدیة دینے کا حق نہیں ہے نہ زندگی میں اور نہ ہی موت کے بعد- (جواہر الفقہ جدید 60/7)

Ans; Humans are not the owners of theirs parts of the body so any human being has no right to give his body part as a gift or for price to others neither during his survival nor after his death..
