سوال نمبر/0022 ٹرین یا بس پر جب قبلہ متعین نہ ہوسکے تو نماز کیسے ادا کرئے گا ؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی شخص مثلا ٹرین یا بس پر سفر کر رہا ہو اور ایسے شخص کو قبلہ کا رخ معلوم نہ ہو، اور نہ ہی کوئی بتلانے والا ہو، تو ایسے شخص پر تحری کرنا فرض ہے یعنی قبلہ کی تعین میں پوری طرح غور و فکرکرنا ، اور قبلہ کی علامات و قرائن کا جائزہ لے کر نماز پڑھنا لازم ہے۔
"وان اشتبهت عليه القبلة وليس بحضرته من يسأله عنها اجتهد وصلي” (الفتاوي الهنديه٦٤/١) "يتحرّي عاجزا عن معرفة القبلة” (درمختار١١٥/٢)
Question No/0022 How to perform prayer in a bus or train when the qibla is not determined?
Ans; If a person is travelling in a bus or train and doesn’t know the direction of the qiblah and there is nobody to tell him about the qiblah, then making effort is obligatory(fardh) on this person which means thinking completely about the determination of the Qiblah and it is compulsory to pray by inspecting the indications that are almost nearer to the qiblah.
سوال نمبر/ 0015 تشھد اوّل یعنی پہلے تشھد میں آپ صلي الله عليه وسلم پر درود پڑھنے کا کیا حکم ہے؟
جواب:۔ تین اور چار رکعت والی نماز میں پہلے تشھد میں درود صرف "اللھم صل علی محمد” تک پڑھنا سنت ہے.

Ans; Reciting durood till”Allahumma salli ala muhammed” in first tashahud(tashahud awwal) of prayers of 3 and 4 rakaah is Sunnah..
سوال نمبر/ 0021 نائلون یا سوتی موزوں پر مسح کرنا کیسا ہے ؟
جواب:۔ سوتی یا نائلون کے ایسے باریک موزے جس کے اندر پانی چلا جاتا ہو ایسے موزوں پر مسح کرنا جائز نہیں ہے۔
عن قتادة مرسلا عن سعيد بن المسيب رضي الله عنه انهما قالا يمسح علي الجوربين اذا كانا خفيفتين. (المصنف ابن ابي شيبه ٢٧٦/٢)
فان كان رقيقا لا يجوز المسح عليه بلا خلاف. (الفقه الاسلامي وأدلتهم 26/1)
