سوال نمبر/ 0024 اگر کسی کے ہاتھ پاوں کٹے ہوئے ہوں اور وہ وضو کرنے پر قادر نہ ہو تو ایسا شخص نماز کیسے پڑھے گا ؟
جواب:۔ اگر کسی کے ہاتھ پاوں نہ ہوں تو ایسا شخص بلا وضو نماز ادا کرے گا البتہ مرفقین یا کعبین میں سے کوئی حصہ باقی ہے تو فرض وضو کے حصہ کو دھونا واجب ہے۔
علامه شامي رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
"ولو قطعت يده او رجله فلم يبق من المرفق والكعب شي سقط الغسل ولو بقي وجب” (شامی٦٩/١)
Question No/0024 If hands and legs of a person are cut off and he is not able to perform ablution(wudhu)then how can this person perform prayer?
Ans; If a person doesn’t possess hands and legs then he can perform prayer without ablution.. However, if any part of the knees or elbow is remaining then washing the part of fardh wudhu is compulsory(wajib)..
سوال نمبر/ 0012 اگر کوئی نجس کپڑا پانی کی بالٹی میں گر جاے، پھر اس کو نکالا جاے تو یہ کپڑا پاک ہوگا یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی نجس کپڑا کسی ایسے پانی میں گر جائے جو دو قلہ سے کم ہے تو کپڑا اور پانی دونوں نجس ہوں گے، اور اگر پانی دو قلہ سے زائد ہو اور اس کپڑے کے گرنے کی وجہ سے پانی میں تغیر نہ ہوا ہو تو کپڑا پاک ہوگا اور پانی بھی پاک ہوگا۔
امام نووی رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں.
و لوغمس الثوب النجس فی اناء دون قلتین من الماء فوجھان الصحیح وبه قطع الجمھور ینجس الماء ولا یطھر الثوب. (المجموع:2/544)
ویشترط طھر المحل و رود الماء القلیل علی المحل المتنجس. فان و رد متنجس علی ماء قلیل لا کثیر تنجس. وان لم یتغیر فلا یطھر غیرہ۔ (فتح المعین مع اعانة الطالبین:1/152)
Question No/0012 If an impure cloth fell in a bucket of water then after taking it off from the bucket will this cloth be pure?
Ans; If an impure cloth fell in a bucket of water that is less than two qullah then the cloth as well as the water becomes impure and if the water is more than two qullah and there is no change in the water due to the falling of the cloth in it then this cloth is clean and pure and even the water is clean.
سوال نمبر/ 0023 قرآن مجید پڑھ کر مردوں کو ایصال ثواب کرنا کیسا ہے؟
جواب:۔ اکثر علماء اہل سنت و الجماعت کا موقف یہ ہے کہ آدمی اپنی نفل عبادتوں خواہ وہ مالی ہوں یا بدنی ہوں یا دونوں سے مرکب ہوں اس کا ثواب دوسرے زندہ یا مردہ لوگوں کو بخش سکتا ہے۔
تو اس اعتبار سے قرآن مجید پڑھ کر بھی ثواب پہنچ سکتا ہے۔
عن علي رضي الله عنه مر علي مقابر وقراء قل هو الله احد احدي عشره مرة ثم وهب اجره للاموات أعطي من الأجر بعد والأموات. (اعلاء السنن ٣٣٠/٨)

سوال نمبر/ 0011 اگر کسی شخص کو دوران وضو کسی عضو کے بارے میں شک ہوجاے کہ دھویا یا نہیں تواسی صورت میں کیا کرنا چاہیے؟
جواب:۔ اگر کسی شخص کو دوران وضو کسی عضو طہارت کے بارے میں شک ہوجاے مثلا سر کے مسح کے وقت یہ شک پیدا ہوجائے کہ دونوں ہاتھ دھویا یا نہیں تو اس صورت میں وہ یہ مان لے گا کہ اس نے ہاتھوں کو نہیں دھویا ہے. لہذا اسے ہاتھوں کو دوبارہ دھونا واجب ہوگا پھر بقیہ وضو اسی طرح مکمل کرے گا۔
امام نووی رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
اذا شرع فی الوضو فشک فی أثنائه فی غسل بعض الاعضاء بنی علی الیقین وھو انه لم یغسله وھذا لا خلاف فیه. لان الاصل عدم غسله (المجموع:1/529)
Question no/0011 If a person has a doubt that he has not washed some part during wudhu then what should the person do in this situation?
Ans; If a person has a doubt about some part of wudhu, whether he has washed a certain part or not, for example while doing ablution of the head, one is doubtful if he had washed both his hands or not, then in this situation he must consider that he hasn’t washed it yet and washing hands again is compulsory(wajib)for him and then he may proceed and complete his ablution..
سوال نمبر/0022 ٹرین یا بس پر جب قبلہ متعین نہ ہوسکے تو نماز کیسے ادا کرئے گا ؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی شخص مثلا ٹرین یا بس پر سفر کر رہا ہو اور ایسے شخص کو قبلہ کا رخ معلوم نہ ہو، اور نہ ہی کوئی بتلانے والا ہو، تو ایسے شخص پر تحری کرنا فرض ہے یعنی قبلہ کی تعین میں پوری طرح غور و فکرکرنا ، اور قبلہ کی علامات و قرائن کا جائزہ لے کر نماز پڑھنا لازم ہے۔
"وان اشتبهت عليه القبلة وليس بحضرته من يسأله عنها اجتهد وصلي” (الفتاوي الهنديه٦٤/١) "يتحرّي عاجزا عن معرفة القبلة” (درمختار١١٥/٢)
Question No/0022 How to perform prayer in a bus or train when the qibla is not determined?
Ans; If a person is travelling in a bus or train and doesn’t know the direction of the qiblah and there is nobody to tell him about the qiblah, then making effort is obligatory(fardh) on this person which means thinking completely about the determination of the Qiblah and it is compulsory to pray by inspecting the indications that are almost nearer to the qiblah.
سوال نمبر/ 0015 تشھد اوّل یعنی پہلے تشھد میں آپ صلي الله عليه وسلم پر درود پڑھنے کا کیا حکم ہے؟
جواب:۔ تین اور چار رکعت والی نماز میں پہلے تشھد میں درود صرف "اللھم صل علی محمد” تک پڑھنا سنت ہے.
