مال میں زکوٰۃ کا کتنا حصہ نکالنا فرض ہے ؟
جواب:۔ چالیسواں حصہ نکالنا فرض ہے یعنی ایک سو روپیے میں ڈھائی روپیے ایک ہزار میں پچیس روپیے دس ہزار میں دو سو پچاس روپیے اور ایک لاکھ روپیے میں دو ہزار پانچ سو روپیے نکالنا ضروری ہے۔

جواب: سحری کھانا مستحب ہے اس لیے بغیر سحری کے روزہ رکھا جاسکتا ہے اور روزہ بھی درست ہوجائیگا ،البتہ سنت عمل کا ترک ہوگا
حدیث میں ہے کہ سحری کھاؤ اس لیے کہ سحری میں برکت ہے- (جامع ترمذی 708)

جواب:۔ اگر کسی کو دانت میں شدید تکلیف ہو تو روزے کی حالت میں دانت نکالنا درست ہے لیکن اس بات کا خیال رہے کہ خون حلق سے نیچے نہ اترے البتہ بغیر ضرورت کے روزہ کی حالت میں دانت نکالنا مکروہ ہے. (شامی٣٩٦/٢)

بعض لوگ مجبوری کی حالت میں زیورات کسی کے پاس رہن میں رکھتے ہیں تو کیا اس رہن میں رکھے ہوئے زیورات پر زکات واجب ہے یا نہیں؟
جواب :- جو زیورات رہن پر رکھے ان میں زکات واجب نہیں ہے نہ قرض لینے والے پر اور نہ ہی قرض دینے والے پر، وجہ اس کی یہ ہے کہ رہن رکھنے والے کا ان زیورات پر ابھی قبضہ ہے اور جن کے پاس زیورات رکھے ہیں وہ ان کا مالک نہیں، اس لیے دونوں میں سے کسی پر زکات واجب نہیں ہے- (الدر المختار علي الرد المختار180/3)
