جواب:۔ اعتکاف کرنے والے لیے قضائے حاجت کے پیش نظر یا پھر غسل واجب ہو تو مسجد سے باہر جاسکتا ہے، اگر بلاضرورت مسجد سے باہر جائیں تو ان کا اعتکاف فاسد ہوجائے گا۔ اگر غسل واجب نہ ہو صرف عادت کے مطابق غسل لینا ہو تو یا گرمی سے بچنے کے لیے مسجد سے باہر جاکر غسل کرے تو پھر اعتکاف پر اثر پڑے گا۔

Ans; The person performing Itikaaf can come out of the masjid for toilet or to take bath if the ghusl is wajib on him.. If one moves out of the masjid unnecessarily then his Itikaaf invalidates.. if the ghusl is not compulsory on the person and one wishes to take bath as a habit or to refrain from the heat one moves out of the masjid then the Itikaaf will not be correct..

جواب:۔ پروپرٹی اگر تجارت کی غرض سے ہو (جیسے پروپرٹی ڈیلر زمینوں کی خریدو فروخت میں کرتے ہیں ) تو ان کی زکات قیمیت لگا کر جوڑی جائےگی یعنی زکات نکالتے وقت اس زمین کی جو قیمت ہوگی اس ریٹ سے تمام چیزوں کو جوڑ کر اس کا چالیسواں حصہ زکات نکالیں گے۔
