جواب:۔ سفر کے دوران خواہ تنہا ہو یا رفقاء کے ساتھ جماعت سے نماز پڑھنی ہو دونوں صورتوں میں اذان و اقامت کہنے کا اہتمام کرنا چاہیے۔

عن مالك رضي الله عنه قال اتيت النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم أنا وابن عّم لي فقال اذا سافرتما فأذنا و اقيما وليومكما اكبركما. (نسائي ٦٣/١)

جواب:۔خریدوفروخت کے شرائط میں سے ایک شرط یہ ہے کہ خریدی جانے والی چیز میں منفعت ہو، اگر منفعت نہ ہو تو خرید و فروخت جائز نہیں ہے، لہذا شیر کی خرید و فروخت جائز نہیں ہے، اس لئے کہ اس میں عامة فائدہ نہیں ہوتا، اور ہاتھی کی خرید و فروخت جائز ہے، اس لئے کہ اس میں بہت سارے فوائد ہیں۔
قال الإمام النووي:
القسم الثاني من الحيوان ما لا ينتفع به فلا يصح بيعه…….. كالأسد۔ (المجموع:٢٢٧\٩)

Ans; One of the conditions of marketing is that the thing that is to be bought must possess benefit… if it doesnot possess benefit then marketing is not permissible.. Therefore, marketing of lions is not permissible because it has no benefit but buying and selling of elephants is permissible because it is highly beneficial..
سوال نمبر/ 0009 عورت کو بلا قصد اور بلااختیار چھونے سے وضو ٹوٹتا ہے یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔اللہ رب العزت کا ارشاد ہے کہ
"جب تم عورتوں کو چھولو اور پانی دستیاب نہ ہو تو تیمم کرو (النساء/43)
اس آیت کریمہ سے فقہاء نے استدلال کیا ہے کہ عورت کو چھونے سے وضو ٹوٹتا ہے خواہ اس کا چھونا بالقصد ہو یا بلا قصد، اختیاری طور پر چھویا ہو یا غیر اختیاری، اگر بغیر حائل کے چھوئے تو وضو ٹوٹ جائیگا۔چھونے والا یا جس کو چھویا ہے دونوں کا وضو ٹوٹ جائے گا۔
امام نووي رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
ﺇﺫا اﻟﺘﻘﺖ ﺑﺸﺮﺗﺎ ﺭﺟﻞ ﻭاﻣﺮﺃﺓ ﺃﺟﻨﺒﻴﺔ ﺗﺸﺘﻬﻰ اﻧﺘﻘﺾ ﻭﺿﻮء الﻻﻣﺲ ﻣﻨﻬﻤﺎ ﺳﻮاء ﻛﺎﻥ اﻟﻻﻣﺲ اﻟﺮﺟﻞ ﺃﻭ اﻟﻤﺮﺃﺓ ﻭﺳﻮاء ﻛﺎﻥ اﻟﻠﻤﺲ ﺑﺸﻬﻮﺓ ﺃﻡ ﻻ ﺗﻌﻘﺒﻪ ﻟﺬﺓ أم لا وسواء قصد ذلك أم حصل سهوا أو إتفاقا (المجموع:2/33)

Question No/0009 Does touching a woman unintentionally or involuntarily invalidates the ablution(wudhu)?
Ans; Allah has commanded in the holy Qura’n;
When one of you touch a woman and cannot find water then perform tayammum..(Surah Al nisa /43)
By this hadeeth the jurists evidenced that the ablution invalidates upon touching a woman though his touching be intentionally or unintentionally, voluntary or involuntary.. if one touches a woman without any intermediate then the ablution invalidates..The ablution of both of these invalidates; the one who touches or the one who receive the touching stimulus..
جواب: قضائے عمری کا آسان طریقہ یہ ہے کہ ہر فرض نماز کے ساتھ اس وقت کی ایک فرض قضا نماز پڑھ لیا کرئے اس طرح سے ایک دن میں پانچ نمازیں ہوجائے گی۔ (فتاوی عثمانی جلد اوّل )
