سوال نمبر/ 0010 اگر کوئی شخص پانی پر قادر نہ ہونے یا بیماری کی وجہ فرض غسل کے بدلے تیمم کرے، پھر ایک دن کے بعد پانی پر قادر ہو یا بیماری سے اچھا حوالے جائے تو اسے طھارت کیلئے فرض غسل کا اعادہ ضروری ہوگا یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔ اگر کسی شخص کو تیمم کرنے کے بعد پانی مل جائے تو اسکو پانی کے ذریعہ اعادہ یعنی دوبارہ پانی سے غسل کرنا واجب ہے۔
علامہ خطيب شربينى رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
ﻭﻳﺴﺘﻤﺮ ﺗﻴﻤﻤﻪ ﻋﻦ اﻟﺤﺪﺙ اﻷﻛﺒﺮ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﺠﺪ اﻟﻤﺎء ﺑﻼ ﻣﺎﻧﻊ (مغمى المحتاج..1/183)
ولو برأ… وهو على طهارة بطل تيممه لزوال علته ووجب غسل موضع العذر (مغمى المحتاج. 1/163)
Question No/0010 If a person performs tayammum instead of fardh ghusl due to incapability of getting water or due to any sickness and later a day after he recover from his sickness then to attain purity should he repeat the fardh ghusl?
Ans; If a person finds water after performing tayammum then it is compulsory(wajib)for him to repeat the ghusl with water…
سوال نمبر/ 0014 اگر کوئی شخص سنن و رواتب پڑھتے وقت فرض فوت شدہ نمازوں کی نیت کرے، تو کیا سنن و رواتب کے ساتھ فرض فوت شدہ نماز ادا ہوئی یا نہیں؟
جواب:۔ اگر کوئی شخص سنن و رواتب کے ساتھ فرض قضاء نماز کو ملا کر پڑھے تو دونوں نمازیں ادا نہیں ہوگی، کیونکہ دونوں نمازیں بذات خود مقصود ہے، اور اس صورت میں فرض و نفل کو شریک کرنا لازم آتا ہے، جس سے نماز باطل ہوجاتی ہے۔
Question No/0014 If a person makes niyyah of missed fardh prayers while performing sunnan and rawatib prayers then does missed fardh prayers becomes valid along with sunnah and rawatib prayers?
Ans; If a person combines missed fardh prayer with sunan and rawatib prayer then both the prayers will not be valid.. because his aim was to perform one prayer instead of two prayers with niyyah of both which includes combining fardh and nifl prayer due to which the salah invalidates..
سوال نمبر/ 0028 پائجامہ یا ازار ٹخنے سے نیچے رکھنا کیسا ہے؟
جواب:۔ ٹخنے سے نیچے پائجامہ یا ازار لٹکانا ناجائز ہے، اس پر بہت وعیدین وارد ہوئی ہیں صحیح بخاری و مسلم کی روایت ہے:
عن ابي هُريرة رضي الله عنه ان رسول الله صلي الله عليه وسلم قال "لا ينظر الله يوم القيامة الي من جرّ إزاره بطراً”
(مشکواة ٣٧٣/٢)
Question No/0028 How about lowering the pajamas or izars below the ankles?
Ans; Lowering the pajamas or izars below ankles is not permissible in shariah.. Strict menance (wa eed)has been described in many hadeeths . With regard to this there is a narration by sahih muslim and bukhari that says
جواب:۔امام نووی رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں کہ خرگوش کھانا حلال ہے اس سلسلے کا ایک واقع بخاری میں ملتا ہے جس کے حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم مر ظہران (ایک جگہ کا نام) میں تھے کہ ہمیں ایک خرگوش ملا، تو ہم لوگوں نے اس کو پکڑا، پھر اس کو حضرت ابو طلحۃ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالہ کیا، حضرت ابو طلحہ انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ نے اس کو ذبح کیا پھر اس کی ران نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے سامنے پیش کی گئی تو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے قبول کیا(یعنی) تناول فرمایا. صحیح بخاری/5535
اس حدیث کے تحت فقہاء فرماتے ہیں کہ خرگوش کھانا حلال ہے۔
علامہ نووی رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
وأكل الأرنب حلال عند مالك وأبي حنيفة والشافعي…..دليل الجمهور هذا الحديث مع أحاديث مثله ولم في النهي عنها شيئ.(شرح مسلم:91/5)
علامه نووي رحمة الله عليه لکھتے ہیں:
و يحل أكل الأرنب لقوله تعالى”و يحل لهم الطيبات” والأرنب من الطيبات (المجموع:11/9)
Question No/0402 What does the shariah say with regard to eating the meat of rabbit?
Ans; Imaam nawawi rehmatullah alaihi says that eating the meat of rabbit is lawful(halal).. There is an event described in sahih bukhari regarding this that Hazrat Anas R.A says that we were in Zuhran(name of a place)there we found a rabbit so we caught it and handed it to Hazrat Talha Ansari R.A .. Hazrat Talha R.A slaughtered the rabbit and presented the piece of thigh to the Messenger of Allah(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then Messenger of Allah accepted it ..(Sahih bukhari /5535)
On the basis of this hadeeth the jurists(fuqaha) says that eating the meat of rabbit is lawful(halal)..
سوال نمبر/ 0027 کیا نماز میں سجدہ سے قیام اور قیام سے سجدہ جاتے وقت ہاتھ گھٹنوں پر رکھنا سنت ہے؟
جواب:۔ نماز میں قیام سے سجدہ کی طرف جاتے وقت ہاتھ گھٹنوں پر رکھنا مستحب نہیں، البتہ قعدہ یا سجدہ سے قیام کے وقت گھٹنوں پر ہاتھ ٹیکتے ہوئے کھڑا ہونا مستحب ہے۔
"علي صدور قدميه بلا اعتماد وقعود استراحة ” (علائیه ٤٧٣/١)
Question No/0027 Is it sunnah to place hands on knees while moving from sajda to qiyam and qiyam to sajda in prayer?
Ans; While moving to sajda from qiyam in salah, placing hands on knees is not recommendable.. However, while moving to qiyam from sajdah or qa’ada, standing by leaning hands on knees is recommendable(mustahab)..
