جواب:۔ اگر مسبوق امام کے ساتھ تشہد اخیر میں بیٹھ جائے پھر اپنی بقیہ رکعت مکمل کرنے کیلئے کھڑا ہوجائے تو توجیہ نہیں پڑھے گا اسلئے کہ توجیہ کا وقت اور اس کی جگہ ختم ہوگیا ہے۔

دعا کے وقت ہاتھ اٹھانا اور دعا ختم ہونے پر چہرے پر ہاتھ پھیرنا کیسا ہے؟
جواب:۔ سنن ابی داؤد کی روایت ہے جس میں اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے عمل سے دعا کے وقت ہاتھ اٹھانا سنت ہے اور دعا کے ختم ہونے پر چہرے پر ہاتھ پھیرنا دعا کے آداب میں شامل ہے۔
عن السائب بن يزيد عن ابيه ان النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم كان اذا دعا فرفع يديه مسح وجهه بيديه. (سَنَن ابي دَاود ١٢٨٩)

سوال نمبر/ 0406 اگر کوئی شخص ایک جگہ پر فرض نماز تنہا یا جماعت کے ساتھ پڑھ چکا ہو اور دوسری مرتبہ نماز جماعت کے ساتھ مل رہی ہو تو کیا اس کو دوبارہ نماز پڑھنا ضروری ہے؟
جواب:۔سنن ترمذی حدیث نمبر ۲۱۹ کو سامنے رکھتے ہوئے فقہاء نے استدلال کیا ہے کہ اگر کوئی شخص ایک مرتبہ فرض نماز پڑھ چکا ہو پھر وہی نماز دوسری جگہ/مسجد میں جماعت سے مل رہی ہو تو دوبارہ اس کو جماعت کے ساتھ پڑھنا مسنون ہے البتہ اس صورت میں پہلی نماز فرض واقع ہوگی۔
