قضاء نماز کو جماعت کے ساتھ ادا کرنے کا کیا حکم ہے؟

جواب:۔ قضاء نماز کو جماعت کے ساتھ پڑھنا مستحب ہے۔ مسلم شریف کی روایت ہے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم غزوہ خیبر سے رات کے وقت واپس لوٹے، جب نیند کا غلبہ ہوا تو ایک مقام پر آرام فرمایا اور حضرت بلال سے فرمایا….. جب فجر کا وقت قریب ہوا تو حضرت بلال کی آنکھ لگ گئی نہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بیدار ہو ئے اور نہ حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ اور نہ کوئی دوسرے صحابی بیدار ہوئے یہاں تک کہ سورج طلوع ہوا تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سب سے پہلے بیدار ہوئے پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے وضو فرمایا. حضرت بلال رضی اللہ عنہ کو اقامت کھنے کا حکم دیا اور تمام صحابہ کرام کو صبح کی نماز آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پڑھائی جب نماز مکمل ہوئی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شخص نماز کے وقت سو جائے اور بھول جائے تو جب یاد آجائے فورا نماز پڑھ لے (مسلم 309)

How about making up of Missed prayer(Qaza prayer) in congregation(Jamaat)
Ans;
Making up of missed prayer in congregation is Mustahab(Sunnah).. There is a narration in Muslim Shareef by Hazrat Abu huraira Radhiallahu anhu that the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam returned from battle of khaybar at night and went to sleep at a place where they stopped on the way because he felt sleepy and ordered Hazrat Bilal to awaken them for morning prayer but when the time of fajr arrived , Hazrat Bilal also slept.. Neither The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam woke nor Hazrat Bilal and not even the companions and the sun shone before they awakened..So The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam woke up first and performed ablution(wudhu) and ordered Hazrat Bilal Radhiallahu anhu to call Iqamah and The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam lead the fajr prayer to the companions by himself.. After the prayer The Messenger of Allah said,”
If a person falls asleep in the prayer time and forgets to perform it then let he performs it as soon as he remembers it”..6

سوال نمبر/ 0033
اکثر علاقوں میں یہ رواج ہے کہ نیا گھر بنانے کے بعد رشتہ داروں اور محلہ کے لوگوں کو بلاکر کھانے کا نظام کیا جاتا ہےاور گھر اوپنگ کے نام سے پروگرام کیا جاتا ہے کیا شرعا اس کی اجازت ہے؟

جواب:۔ نیا گھر بنانےکے بعد اگر کوئی خوشی سے اپنے دوست احباب اور رشتہ داروں کو بلاکر دعوت طعام کا انتظام کرتا ہے تو شرعا اس کی گنجائش ہے۔

In Most of the places there is a custom that Upon making a new house, the relatives and neighbourhood people are invited for an opening ceremony ? Is it permissible in shariah to organize these kind of events?
Ans;
Upon making a new house, if anyone happily invites his friends and relatives for feast( to have meal) then it is permissible in Shariah..

مسجد میں معتکف کے علاوہ کسی دوسرے کے لئے سونے کا شرعا کیا حکم ہے؟

جواب:۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے زمانہ میں غیر شادی شدہ ہونے کے باوجود مسجد نبوی میں سوتے تھے (بخاری:440)
حضرت سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنھما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک موقع پر حضرت علی رضی الله عنہ کو آپ صلی اللہ علیه وسلم نے ان کے گھر میں نہیں پایا تو ایک صحابی کو تلاش کرنے کا حکم دیا تو حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو مسجد میں سویا ہوا پایا تو آپ صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اے ابو تراب اٹھو۔(بخاری:441)
ان دلائل کی بناء پر فقہاء فرماتے ہیں کہ اگرچہ مسجد نماز اور ذکرکی جگہ ہے لیکن اگر کوئی اس میں سونا چاہے تو بلا کراہت جائز ہے، البتہ بہتر یہ ہے کہ اعتکاف کی نیت کے ساتھ سوجائے، نیز دینی مصالح کی بناء پر بھی مسجد میں سونا بدرجہ اولی درست ہوگا۔لیکن اس بات کا ضرور خیال رہے کہ سونے سے کسی نمازی کو نماز پڑھنےمیں جگہ کی تنگی نہ ہو۔

علامہ بیجوری رحمة الله عليه فرماتے ہیں
ولا باس بالنوم فی المسجد مالم یضیق علی مصل او یشوش علیه (حاشیۃ البیجوری:1/176)
امام نووی رح فرماتے ہیں:
یجوز النوم فی المسجد. ولا کراهة فیه عندنا نص علیه الشافعی فی الام واتفق علیه الاصحاب (المجموع:2/197)

Is it permissible for others to sleep in the mosque except the one who performs Etikaaf?
Ans;
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Radhiallahu anhu states that in the time of the Prophet Sallallahu alaihi wasallam he used to sleep in the mosque ( Masjid Nabwi) inspite of being unmarried…
(Bukhari 440)
Hazrat Sahl bin Sa’d Radhiallahu anhuma states that one day The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam did not find Hazrat Ali Radhiallahu anhu at his house so he asked one of his companion(sahabi) to look for him and found Hazrat Ali radhiallahu anhu sleeping in the Mosque then The Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam said:” Get up !O Abu Turab” ( literally means The father of dust)..
(Bukhari 441)

Based on these evidences , the Jurists(Fuqaha) say that though the Mosque is a place of prayer and remembrance of Allah(dhikr), if anybody wishes to sleep in the mosque then it is permissible without any dislike.. However, it is better to sleep with the Niyyah of Etikaaf.. Besides, even based on the islamic mAsaaleh , Sleeping in the Mosque is valid at a first degree.. But one should be careful that because of his sleep, the space should not be less for any person to pray in the Mosque..
