کسی شخص کامال چوری ہوجاے اور اس کو کسی آدمی پر شک ہو یا غالب گمان ہو اس نے مال چوری کیا ہے تو کیا اس مشکوک آدمی کے ہاتھ میں قرآن دے کر چوری کرنے یانہ کرنے کا قسم کے ذریعہ اقرار کرانا جائز ہے یا نہیں؟

Few people are fond of eating wild cows and deers.,according to shariah what is the ruling on eating the meat of these cattles?
Ans;
Hazrat Abu Qatadah Radhiallahu anhu states that he hunted a wild donkey and the meat of this were eaten by some sahaba and were refused by some.. then upon asking about this to the Prophet Sallallahu alaihi asallam, he said that it is edible and Allah has made it halal for you.. ( Bukhari :1821)
By this hadeeth, Fuqaha stated that hunting of wild cattles like donkey , cow and deer is permissible and the meat of these cattles are halal…

اگر کوئی شخص نماز سے پہلے کی سنت ادانہ کرے اور فرض کے بعد ادا کرے تو کیا یہ سنت نماز قضاء شمار ہوگی یا ادا؟

جواب:۔ اگر کوئی نماز سے پہلے کی سنت نماز فرض نماز سے پہلے ادانہ کرے اور نماز کے بعد ادا کرے تو یہ سنت نماز ادا ہوگی، اس لئے کہ نماز سے پہلے کی سنت کا وقت فرض نماز کا وقت شروع ہونے سے شروع ہوتا ہے، اور فرض نماز کا وقت ختم ہونے پر ختم ہو جاتا ہے۔ البتہ فرض سے پہلے سنت کا ادا کرنا مستحب ہے ۔

ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺑﻨﺎ ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻭﻗﺖ اﻟﺴﻨﻦ اﻟﺘﻲ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟﻔﺮاﺋﺾ ﺑﺪﺧﻮﻝ ﻭﻗﺖ اﻟﻔﺮاﺋﺾ ﻭﻳﺒﻘﻰ ﻭﻗﺘﻬﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺨﺮﺝ ﻭﻗﺖ اﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﻟﻜﻦ اﻟﻤﺴﺘﺤﺐ ﺗﻘﺪﻳﻤﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﻭ ﻳﺪﺧﻞ ﻭﻗﺖ اﻟﺴﻨﻦ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﻌﺪ اﻟﻔﺮاﺋﺾ ﺑﻔﻌﻞ اﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﻭﻳﺒﻘﻰ ﻣﺎ ﺩاﻡ ﻭﻗﺖ اﻟﻔﺮﻳﻀﺔ ﻫﺬا ﻫﻮ اﻟﻤﺬﻫﺐ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻤﺴﺄﻟﺘﻴﻦ ﻭﺑﻪ ﻗﻄﻊ اﻷﻛﺜﺮﻭﻥ۔(المجموع:4/14)

If a person didnot perform the sunnah prayer which was to be performed before the fardh prayer and performs it after the fardh prayer then will this sunnah prayer be regarded among the Qaza prayers?
Ans;
If a person doesnot perform the sunnah prayer which has to be performed before the fardh prayer and performs it after the fardh prayer then this prayer will be valid because the duration for sunnah prayer before fardh prayer begins when the time for fardh prayer begins and ends when the time of fardh prayer ends up.. However,
Praying this fore sunnah prayer before the fardh prayer is Mustahab..
