فقہ شافعی سوال نمبر/ 0691 جمعہ کی نماز میں صفوں کو پھلانگ کر آگے جانے کا شرعا کیا حکم ہے؟
جواب:۔ نماز میں صفوں کے درمیان سے لوگوں کے کندھوں کو پھلانگ کر آگے جانا مکروہ ہے، اگر پیچھے جگہ موجود نہ ہو اور آگے جگہ خالی ہو تو ایسے موقع پر ایک یا دو صف پھلانگ کر جا سکتا ہے زیادہ صف پہلانگنا مکروہ ہے۔
Fiqhe Shafi Question No/0691 During the time of Jumuah prayer, what is the ruling regarding those jumping /crossing over the people already sitting in the rows of the Masjid ?
Answer :During the time of Jumuah prayer, going in between the rows by jumping /crossing over the people already sitting over there to go into the front rows is not likeable in the sights of Allah. But if there is no place behind and there are some spaces in the front rows, then in this situation, a person can cross one or two rows ahead as crossing more rows is not desirable.
فقہ شافعی سوال نمبر/ 0690 اگر کسی شخص کے اسلام قبول کا علم نہ ہونے کی وجہ سے جلا دیا گیا ہو تو ایسے شخص پر نماز جنازہ پڑھنے کا کیا حکم ہے ؟
جواب:۔ ہر اس غائب اور مدفون شخص پر نماز جنازہ پڑھی جائے گی جس پر موت کے دن نماز فرض تھی یعنی اس وقت وہ مسلمان مکلف اور طاہر تھا سوائے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور شہید کے، البتہ نماز کے صحیح ہونے کے لیے شرط ہے کے اس کو غسل دیا جائے اگرچہ غسل دینے والا کافر ہی کیوں نہ ہو, اگر اس کو غسل نہ دیا گیا ہو تو پھر ایسی میت پر جنازہ کی نماز پڑھنا بھی درست نہیں ۔
Fiqhe Shafi Question No/0690 If there was no knowledge about the acceptance of Islam by a person and so he was burned after his death, then what is the ruling for offering the funeral prayer on such a person ?
Answer : The funeral prayer is to be prayed on each of those missing and buried ones for whom the prayers were obligatory on the day of his death, i.e., on that time, he was an obliged and a pure Muslim. This ruling is excluded for the Prophet PBUH and the martyrs. However for the prayer to be considered correct, the condition is that the dead body should be given ghusl (bath) even if the person giving ghusl is a non-Muslim. If the dead body is not given ghusl, then offering the funeral prayer on such a person is not correct.
فقہ شافعی سوال نمبر/ 0689 کیا کوئی شخص وفات سے پہلے اپنے لیے قبر کھود کر رکھ سکتا ہے؟
جواب:۔ کسی بھی شخص کے لیے جائز نہیں کہ وہ عام قبرستان میں اپنی موت سے پہلے قبر کھود کر رکھے، اسلیے کہ عام قبرستان میں اس طرح کرنے سے دوسروں کو تکلیف کا سبب بن سکتا ہے۔ البتہ اگر وہ قبرستان یا جگہ اسی کی ملکیت ہو تو اس طرح قبر کھود کر رکھنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔
ولحديث عمر بن الخطاب(رضي) انه امر ابنه …فقالت(عايشة رضي)، كنت اريده لنفسي، ولاوثرن به اليوم علي نفس۔ (صحيح البخاري١٣٩٢) امام الدميري رحمة الله عليه فرماتے ہیں: ولو حفر رجل قبرا في مقبرة لا يكون احق به من ميت يحضر ..لانه لا يدري باي ارض يموت، لكن الاولي ان لا يزاحم عليه. (النجم الوهاج:١٠٦/٣) امام الشبراملسي رحمة الله عليه فرماتے ہیں لو حفر قبرا في موات فالظاهر انه احياء قاله الزركشي، قال: بخلاف ما لو حفره في ارض سبلت مقبرة فانه لا يختص به ومن سبق بالدفن فيه فهو احق به. Fiqhe Shafi Question No/0689 Can any person dig a grave for himself before his death ?
Answer : It is not allowed for any person to dig a grave for himself before his death in a common cemetery (burial place); since doing so might hurt others. But if that place or cemetery is his own property, then there is no problem in digging the grave before itself.
